The much awaited arrival of heavy equipment to start the construction of Vester Bayani Hall Dagupan has finally come. It was delayed by the imposition of rules against transport during the ECQ. Afterwards, the GCQ in towns it has to pass through before the heavy equipment reaches Dagupan further stalled the delivery. Inspite of this, Vester has committed to deliver the equipment to commence the construction of Bayani Hall Dagupan.
