DAGUPAN LGU: VESTER TO BOLSTER THE EDUCATION STATUS IN THE CITY

City Administrator Allan Dale Zarate  welcomes Vester Corporation to Dagupan City in behalf of Mayor Brian Lim in his speech for the Bayani Hall Project Announcement, December 15, 2019.

The city administration of Dagupan indicated last weekend that Vester Corporation’s Bayani Hall Premier Dormitories will bolster Dagupan’s claim as the educational center of the North outside of Metro Manila.

Speaking in behalf of Dagupan mayor Brian Lim during the Project Announcement of Vester Corporation’s Bayani Hall Premier Dormitories on December 15, Dagupan city administrator Allan Dale Zarate emphasized the need for living spaces in Dagupan.

We would like to appreciate Vester Corporation for its intention to build a monument in Dagupan to bolster the city’s claim as the educational center of the North,” Zarate said.

He emphasized the many benefits of Vester’s Bayani Hall Premier Dormitories to the economic and educational sectors of the city.

We are well aware of the benefits [which] Vester Corporation’s Bayani Hall will bring to the city,” Zarate said.

It is known that real estate taxes and other business taxes will accrue to the city’s coffers once Bayani Hall gets operational.

Having been a teacher in one of the city’s universities, he lamented the fact that the state of student housing in the city is dismal. He said he saw 8 students living in cramped spaces measuring around 6 square meters in Dagupan.

Bayani Hall seeks to change this by providing clean, fully furnished, fully managed, secured, student-focused, collaborative living spaces, fitness components to nurture the minds, hearts, bodies and minds of its student residents.
