The Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB), under the Office of the President in the Northern Luzon Region has approved the Development Permit of Vester for Bayani Hall in Tuguegarao on November 21, 2019.
On the other hand, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) has also issued the Environmental Compliance Certificate for Bayani Hall last month.
The city government of Tuguegarao has granted the zoning certification of Bayani Hall as within the the city’s residential zone. In its evaluation of facts, the HLURB stated that Bayani Hall is “in conformity with the Implementing Rules nd Regulations of PD 957.”
